Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product arrived heavily scratched, making it look like a previously used or refurbished unit rather than brand new.The earplugs remain connected to my phone even after placing them back in the charging case and closing the lid.Don't buy it if you don't want waste your money.

Great sound, mediocre battery and plasticy case

Design of buds: The exterior is sleek. The silicon tips are a bit bulky and they pop out of my ears sometimes. Overall 8/10.Case design: I loved the design, it's minimal and aesthetic but it has a plasticy feel to it. Overall 7/10.Sound quality: Very good. I dont have any complaints about it. EQ modes in the app are great too. 10/10.Battery: They promise more than 40 hours of battery life. I highly doubt that. When you use features like ANC, battery considerably reduces, so much so as 3-4 hours post full charge. Overall 4/10. (So it's choosing sound quality > battery life but do that choice if that's what you want.)Bluetooth: It took a while for my laptop and my phone to connect to it for the fist time, but once it's saved, it connects instantly. 8/10.Major issues for me: Plasticy feel of the case and battery life.After 10 days of usage: Bluetooth connectivity is bad. Battery is worst.
